About the Product
IMPETHANE® ULTRA is a single-component, liquid-applied waterproofing membrane based on Silane Terminated Polyurethane (STP) technology. It cures with atmospheric humidity to form a seamless, elastic and fully adhered waterproofing membrane that provides long-term protection against water ingress.
Its exceptional hydrophobic properties make it highly resistant to ponding and stagnant water, making it suitable for roofs, terraces, tanks, flowerbeds and polyurethane insulation foam systems. The solvent and VOC-free formulation offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates while maintaining flexibility and crack-bridging performance, even at low temperatures.
IMPETHANE® ULTRA delivers excellent weather resistance, UV stability and water vapour permeability, helping to protect structures while allowing trapped moisture to escape. Its durable, seamless finish provides reliable waterproofing performance in both new-build and refurbishment applications.
