About the Product
IMPETHANE® POLYFLEX is a water-based, fast-drying aliphatic polyurethane hybrid coating designed for waterproofing and protection applications.
The product forms a seamless, elastic and hydrophobic membrane that can be applied to both vertical and horizontal substrates. Its thixotropic formulation provides excellent workability while delivering durable waterproofing performance.
IMPETHANE® POLYFLEX offers excellent resistance to weathering, UV exposure and stagnant water when used with the correct primer system. The breathable membrane allows water vapour transmission, helping to prevent moisture accumulation beneath the coating.
The white formulation reflects solar energy and can help reduce surface temperatures, while compatibility with standard IMPERVIOUS WATERPROOFING® primers makes it suitable for a wide range of waterproofing and protection projects.
