LOW MODULUS POLYURETHANE EXPANSION JOINT SEALANT WITH 50% MOVEMENT ACCOMMODATION
Single-component polyurethane expansion joint sealant designed for high-humidity environments, offering bubble-free curing, excellent adhesion and joint movement accommodation up to 50%.
About the Product
IMPESEAL™ MP is a single-component, low modulus polyurethane expansion joint sealant developed for applications in elevated humidity conditions. Specifically formulated to provide a bubble-free cure, it performs reliably even in extremely high-temperature and high-humidity environments.
Its excellent thixotropic properties allow application in large expansion joints, while curing through reaction with atmospheric humidity. Once cured, the sealant accommodates joint movement of up to 50% of the joint width and provides outstanding adhesion to substrates traditionally considered challenging for polyurethane sealants, including glass, aluminium, steel and polycarbonate.
The sealant maintains consistent extrusion and tooling characteristics across a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions, making it suitable for demanding construction and sealing applications.
